I want to ask one general question here, We have seen 32 bit and 64 bit Operating System.
Is there any other larger size bit Operating System exist? If yes can you please share the link to download it.?   I  want the best speed operating system.

An OS can only exploit the available hardware potential. You would need an x128 CPU + supporting RAM, and other hardware underneath first. And the speed bottleneck is not so much address space (exabytes should be sufficient for a few decades) but memory bandwidth (bus). Some informative links are here and here.

This doesn't make much sense: that's depending on the precise context you have in mind.  Even with only CPU-bound tasks (e.g. number crunching), memory-bound tasks, I/O bound tasks, all depends on a number of details.

That's why you see so many different benchmark jobs and why vendors develop specially-designed computers for specific tasks (e.g. Oracle servers).

specify what you want to do for more accurate advice, as mentioned above me. right now, 64 bits is as good as it gets. you may want to run Linux

My resources are limited. You must ask the right questions
