vrsrinivas2000,

And what have you tried that has not worked? There are innumerable threads on the forum dealing with this - have you searched for any?

vrsrinivas2000,

So show us what you have tried - if indeed you have. As I said there are multiple threads on the forum dealing with this (search "imagesearch") so please do some work yourself before asking for help.

#include <ImageSearch.au3>

$x1 = 0
$y1 = 0

$x2 = 0
$y2 = 0

$mark1 = "C:\Users\srinivasarao_v\Desktop\mark1.png"
$mark2 = "C:\Users\srinivasarao_v\Desktop\mark2.png"
$center = PixelGetColor(1805, 83)

While 1

    $resultmark1 = _ImageSearch($mark1, 1, $x1, $y1, 0, 0)
    If $resultmark1 = 1 And ($center = "0xFFFFFF") Then
        MouseClick('left', $x1, $y1, 50)
        Sleep(3000)

vrsrinivas2000,

When you post code in future please use Code tags - see here how to do it.  Then you get a scrolling box and syntax colouring as you can see above now I have added the tags.

The error tells you what is wrong - do you have the ImageSearch.au3 file in the same folder as your script? It is not a standard AutoIt installation file, so you have to download it.

I would also recommend reading the Adding UDFs to AutoIt and SciTE tutorial in the Wiki to see how best to store downloaded UDFs.
