How to monitor Android TV client in Windows 10

Recommended Posts

Goodmorning everyone,
since any recent smart TV is capable of reading files from a PC, I'm trying to put together a very small file server, using Windows 10 64 bit on a miniPC as a "server" for smart TV. What I would like to do is use Autoit to monitor Windows 10 miniPC network I / O, so that when an Android client (I have a list of all MACaddress and static client IPs, all on the same server network) it connects to play a media file, I can reactivate the USB disk (where the media files reside). I am currently able to monitor the activity of the - Windows Media Player Nestwork Share service - (located in C:\Program Files\Windows Media Player\wmpnetwk.exe) but the service, on its own, reacts too quickly generating false starts that unnecessarily activate the USB disk. Is there anyone who can tell me if it is possible to do so and maybe direct me to resources I could use to - monitor incoming / outgoing traffic related to the Android client -?

Thanks to anyone who can answer me and sorry for the length of my request.
