Run Autoit script - (Moved)

I want to be able to run a Autoit script within code. Everything should be exactly as if I was double clicking the Autoit script to start it. I have tried Run("C:\script.au3"), that does nothing. I have also tried ShellExecute("C:\script.au3"), but that gives an error if I don't have the same includes in both scripts ( hard to explain... ) . The third option is to automate it: open window - select file - Enter, but I'd rather avoid messing with window handling and such. So is there a way of doing this?
