InetGet bandwidth

Has anyone been able to achieve greater than 200kbps sustained bandwidth during an InetGet transfer?

I've been testing my script and no matter what PC I'm running (WinXP 3GHz, Win2K 2GHz) or whether I'm connecting to a server on the Internet or another server within my Lan, I'm never able to get better than 200Kbps bandwidth.

Is this a limitation of the InetGet function or is there an option I need to set?
