Dropdown select option

Greetings,

I just started learning how to automate with Autoit and I was wondering if the following will be possible.

How to code it that when I have a Dropdown select menu to pick the lowest. However the thing is, that the selectable options are not always the same amount. Sometimes the selectables may be 3, sometimes 10, sometimes 1, and so on.

Please excuse me if the explanation is not clear.
