According to my virus checker I have the following, which I want to verify is a false positive.

Is there a method to calculate a checksum on the exe and prove my exes are untouched by any virus.

my software was updated on 28/12/2020

My pc has been taken off the network and is about to be wiped, but I want to verify it is a virus first!
