You aren't the first one to post this and likely have infected yourself with something you didn't want.
...so check your computer with a tool like Hijackthis to see what is started that you don't want.

This is not an AutoIt3 issue!

IMHO, this may not be a virus issue, it’s might be a anti-virus issue.

Couple months ago I started getting this; I had to turn off realtime Microsoft AV protection to fix it.

Longer term, I made an exclusion directory for .au3 files.

Agree that could be an option too  seeing the exact directory which is the temp directory when doing a aut2exe task.

This would be trivial to find with a free tool called baregrep 

search c drive and all files (*.*) for text Settings.au3

Whatever that tool finds will show you the files that refer to this auto IT file

and you can see what is being run
