How can i delete the last character and insert new caracter - (Moved)

I'm having difficulty in the following situation, I can't delete the last character from the variable and add a character in its place.

 

$excelCampo2 = "A900"
$sInsertion = 1
$iLength = StringLen($excelCampo2)

ConsoleWrite($iLength & @CRLF)

$sOutput = _StringInsert ($excelCampo2, $sInsertion, $iLength)

MsgBox($MB_SYSTEMMODAL, "", $sOutput)
