Danny35d
Meszaros Csaba it look really good, I still testing your program and so far the only problem that has is when you press Processing button without making any selection the script Error out. This is the message AutoIt Error Line 0 (File "C:\RenameIt.exe") For $i=1 To $tobe[0] For $i=1 to $tobe^ERROR Error: Subscript used with non-Array variable. Other than that good job!!! AgentSmith15
How is this different from making a batch file and using the REN command? eg REN *.rar *.cbr That would change every rar file into a cbr file.

Can you use your magical moderator powers and clean this thread up and delete the other threads. Rather unsightly seeing the same message 10 times or something. Skrip
You uh mind posting a .au3 or something, i'm not comfortable downloading .exes on a coding site....very evil things could happen. Meszaros Csaba
At last, I succeeded. The program is in my previous reply. The program's features (why better than REN or F2): -you can select as many files you want -you can apply filters, numbering, character replacement, cropping... -you can manually rename a list of choosen files with a dialog window... -you can rename the originals or create renamed copies in a folder you want -you can print the file-content of the selected folder to a .txt file Is this enough ? Csaba Still, if you encounter an error, please report to me
