I did this part:

#include <IE.au3>

#include <GuiConstants.au3>

#include <file.au3>

AutoItSetOption ( "WinTitleMatchMode", 2)

winwait("IntegII | Lots en attente")

$oBrowser = _IEAttach("IntegII | Lots en attente", "title")

$o_form = _IEFormGetObjByName($oBrowser, "waitingLots")

$nbElements = _IEFormElementGetCount($o_form)

$compteur = 1

Do

$type = _IEFormElementGetTypeByIndex($o_form, $compteur)

if $type = "checkbox" Then

;$name = _IEFormElementGetNameByIndex($o_form,$compteur)

$check = _IEFormElementGetObjByName($o_form, "lot", $compteur)

$value = $check.value

msgbox(0,"",$value)

EndIf

$compteur = $compteur + 1

until $compteur = $nbElements

With .value i have the text return of the checkbox. I also tried .statut, .ischecked witout any good results!

Two things -- collections are 0-based, so you probably want to start with $compteur = 0

To see if a particular checkbox is checked, use the .checked property -- it returns True or False. You can also check to see is a particular checkbox is checked by default with .defaultChecked in the same manner.
