Holding a left control click.

Hey my project is almost finished but I ran into a problem.

I need it to scroll down a menu but I cant use pageup and pagedown that doesnt work.

Im using control clicks now instead of regular clicks but I cant seem to find anything to hold an controlclick ( left click to scroll down )

I tried using 

 MouseWheel("down",100)

but that doesnt work when I use control clicks.

is there something else that works using control clicks to make it scroll down?
