strange failure of Screen Capture

I try to use _ScreenCapture_Capture and _ScreenCapture_CaptureWnd to take screenshot of one certain window of a software on windows 7, everything is fine except that what it shoot is the exact area of another window covered by the aimed window. 

these same codes works  corectly on my laptop running windows 10.

any thoughts?

and the aimed window can be shot screen by screenshot tool of the windows 7 system.

the thing is, the positions are all correct, only what is captured is the window that was covered by the aimed window. maybe because the aimed window used some kind of "hiden" skills that make the aimed window disappear when screenshot event happen ?

on Display setting the Scale and layout is 100% ?

does it work normally in other windows?
