gcue Posted September 21, 2023 Share Posted September 21, 2023 Hello world I am trying to get the count for how many times a "value[<any number>].name" occurs in a string $string = "value[0].name" & @CRLF $string &= "something[1].name" & @CRLF $string &= "value[1].name" & @CRLF $string &= "value[1].else" & @CRLF $string &= "value[99].name" & @CRLF $matches = StringRegExp($string, "value\[\d+\]\.name", 1) _arraydisplay($matches) $total_count = ubound($matches) what am i doing wrong?? thank you in advance!!
