Add item in Chrome's pop-up menu to trigger action?

Hello,

Is there a way to add an item in Chrome's right-click pop-up menu as a shortcut to block fake accounts that like posts on Twitter?

On the web application, I would only have to 1) right-click on an user's link, and 2) select Block.
