_WD_UpdateDriver(string)

Hello everyone

A small question about :
_WD_UpdateDriver('firefox')_WD_UpdateDriver('msedge')

These are used to download the drivers*exe.

and not with this :
_WD_UpdateDriver('opera')_WD_UpdateDriver('chrome')

 

Have the browser's strings been changed?

I just saw that things
are in _wd_core.au3, it looks right to me, but it still doesn't download a file in Chrome and Opera.

 

OK, maybe I've found the cause.

In GoogleChrome, the settings say that updates have been disabled by the administrator, does it make sense that the driver still can't be downloaded?

 

chrome_legacy also works for the older version!

Be sure to check the value of @error when something doesn't work as expected, as this will often provide more details on why the command failed.
