Does anyone have thefoolonthehill's debugger?

I'm trying to debug an AutoIT program in a windows PE environment. I haven't been able to get Steve Towner's debugger to work because it needs .NET 2.0. The Wayback machine has it bit it requires logging into the site and alhough I have a username and password the database isn't archived. I had irt long ago but it's lost .
