I uninstalled and reinstalled AutoIt and Scite both. I tested other scripts, UPX simply quit working on my system. I searched the forums, and it appears that I'm the first person with this issue.

Edit: I manually updated my UPX version to 5.2.0 and it seems to be resolved.
