In the help file, search for TCPStartup(), TCPListen(), and just TCP...

do u have the beta, im not sure wether or not it is in the beta or stable... but i would download the beta version of AutoIt

try to be more descriptive when u say, "Your not able to use them"... what so u mean? is an error coming up? just nothing happening?

I'm using AutoIt 3.1.1. Is there a beta version?

Also, AutoItSmith has done a lot with TCP scripting. I suggest looking at some of the posts in his sig. (I'm surprised AutoItSmith hasn't jumped on this opportunity to advertise.)
