What does the ' /c ' do or what's it for?

You can go to the cmd prompt and type %comspec% /? to see the switches and meanings that the cmd interpreter accepts. %comspec% is the environmental variable for cmd for NT OSes or Command for 9x OSes.

Thank you, I didn't realize it was a cmd line switch.
