e-Mail Notification Program

I wrote this little program to make it easier for our IS staff to notify users requesting loaner equipment by allowing them to quickly send a "canned" email message to the user. Many of the fields can be edited for custom information. Basically just enter their email name, request date and return date. Requires current beta to compile and run.
