To pass variable to a file batch in WIndows XP

I have a batch file (.cmd) in Windows XP that it recalls an autoit script, How I make to pass some variables to batch that it recalls? The Au3 script executes a chkdsk on all fixed discs and gives back a variable based on the errorlevel of the command chkdsk, these variables i want to use in the batch.
