Hi,

is it possible to play asf-files in a GUI?

You can run them with the run command

Run() ; opens in a default or specified window

or you can embed a media player in a gui to play them

how can i do that?

i had a look at au3 medie, bu havent found source code and i am too stupid to install the *.dll...

i copied it to C:\Windows\system32 but its not working

there are lots of them

stupid me. the source code is in the folder i installed :)...

just have to work out which parts i need for my asf....

thats such a vague question... its hard to answer

what GUI??

what code did you read???

what part of what cant you find???

..... you have to post something for us to understand... we dont pull GUI's out of the air

if you dont understand... then you rae trying something way over your head

Still not sure what you need. Do you want to start Windows Media Player and have it play your asf file automagically?

no. it should be in an own gui.
