Windowlistall & Windowlistallvisible

Is it possible to get WindowListAll() & WindowListAllVisible() built-in functions? At this point the only way I know of possibly getting the entire list of window titles is to use Larry Dalooza's AutXtra2 or ATool external utilities. I think that this functionality fits perfectly with all of the other window manipulation functions already in Au3 & would be VERY useful when someone is trying to find what windows exist.
