Tray Item Checks Vs Radios

Quick question about tray items and the "menuradioitem" parameter. Is there a way to make the radio item a check item (like the pause item)? It's a little odd to have the user-defined items all be big dots, when the others (the pause item in autoit, and any "radio" item in itunes) are checkmarks.

Edit - moved my script and other question to Bug Reports (because I believe it is a bug).

Edit 2 - radio is a radio for a reason... not setting the menuradioitem param makes it a check.. damn lateness is getting to me....
