Sychronisation Of... Mediafiles?

Hello,

i've the problem, that i everytime must move my downloaded music/videos (Musicload? ^^) into seperate folders (mybe, My Documents/My Videos or something, maybe \\musicstore\dl\ or so).

Or, if i connect my cam to my pc, i must move the images to their right place (My Documents, or ...)

So, i want to write a Script, which sync new Files in a Folder with an other folder.

How i realize that?

No, the cam will cognized as a removable medium.
