Func _TwelHour()
local $hour = 12, $pm = false, $arr[2]
If $hour > 12 then
$hour = $hour - 12
$pm = true
EndIf
If $hour = 12 then
$pm = true
endif
$arr[0] = $hour
$arr[1] = $pm
return $arr
EndFunc

That should work. Will return an array with $arr[0] being the hour in twelve-hour format, and $arr[1] will be a boolean (true = PM, false = AM)

Look at date.au3, I think you can specify formats in those functions.
