jimg Posted April 15, 2006 Posted April 15, 2006 Is there a way to access some unique system parameter that would let me lock an executable to a specific Windows computer? I'm willing to re-compile for each unique machine. Maybe a RegRead of some system serial number or network card MAC address?
Simucal Posted April 15, 2006 Posted April 15, 2006 There are several threads on unique system id's and even a couple in the scripts and scraps I believe. Simply employ those methods and have it check against a constant value. If it does not = that unique system ID then have the script exit. AutoIt Scripts:Aimbot: Proof of Concept - PixelSearching Aimbot with several search/autoshoot/lock-on techniques.Sliding Toolbar - Add a nice Sliding Toolbar to your next script. Click the link to see an animation of it in action!FontInfo UDF - Get list of system fonts, or search to see if a particular font is installed.Get Extended Property UDF - Retrieve a files extended properties (e.g., video/image dimensions, file version, bitrate of song/video, etc)
