What is the setting for Guicreate to create a dialog that does not include the MINimize and MAXimize buttons on it?

Is it possible to have a window with a title Bar and close button, but have it fixed in place, ie unmoveable?

Has anybody been able to figure this out? i also would like to lock my gui to a fixed position.
