brodie28
Is there any way to beat those little security validation code boxes that are supposed to stop scripts from running? Here's an example www.mafiareturns.com - NOTE: I do not visit this site, nor am I writing a script for it. This is simply a random example of a security code. Is it possible to somehow obtain the code from the image and input it?
flyingboz
embedding text in images depends on the computational intensiveness and accuracy of OCR implementations. It takes a lot more computing power to perform OCR w/ a lot less accuracy than working directly with the code. These methods can be defeated by OCR, by cracking or human engineering the image-text database, or by conscripting a workforce to build the database for you. Reading the help file before you post... Not only will it make you look smarter, it will make you smarter.
Bert
Security boxes are there to keep you from doing something. What do you want to do? Also, it could be a rights issue. Could you expand on what you want to do? The Vollatran project My blog: http://www.vollysinterestingshit.com/
