Crypt The Password For The Outlook And Outlook Express

I need to pre-populate the outlook and outlook express accounts for the users - like create account, pre-save username/password for the pop3 account. I am writing the autoit script to automate this task.

Any one know how to encrypt the password for the outlook and outlook express (so I can put it in the registry)?
