Using the window spy if I move over blue yellow or white or most the screen it stays the same number. Itll change on grayish colors. The program is Anarchy Online in windowed mode. Any help would be much appreciated. After downloading a program that happened to have a color bar the color under is a light blue rather than red. It must be something to do with game.
