OK, so, from my understanding, AutoItX will allow me to use built-in functions as well as syntax from autoit in other languages?

I've got a project that I'm working on that requires three basic steps:

Input

Process

Output

I have the Input stage done in AutoIt, and the Output stage will be simple enough to toss together. I have found, however, some c++ source that does almost all of my processing for me.

If I register/include the autoitx dll and libraries, should I be able to just copy/paste my current input code into a c++ compiler, change my var names to match my processing code, and be good to go?

The method I'm using for input is PixelCheckSum().

So, I would have to manually rewrite all that I've done in autoit, but I could use some of the old autoit functions? but with c++ syntax and rules, etc?

Looks like I get to learn two programming languages in 1 week.
