Html Registration Page

Hi all.....

I have a function that calls open a website that users will need to enter their name and email address to receive a random generated string for registration purposes. I have the call to the webpage working but now I cannot find anything on html registration generators. Does anyone have any suggestions or examples they could point me to? Any help is appreciated!
