Make Your Own Animated Logo

Hey, there are some cool pictures out there, and i sorta wanted to make my own animated logo, and considering im only fluent in Autoit (still not fluent enough) im wonderin how i might go about it, do you have to make one, on like photoshop or sumthing? then how do you animate it?

personally i like the one from Ghost in the shell, with the "deaf-mutes" thing

animated logo, or animated Icon, im sure you could make a .gif and then export all frames and then set one picture then delte it and such
