ChrisL Posted June 8, 2006 Posted June 8, 2006 Is there a general rule of thumb about how often I should check for a value in the registry? Is there such a thing as too often? The reason being I want to run a while loop in a script while a registry value is 1 but I don't know if there is a guideline of how often is concidered correct to read data from the registry.
