trids
Hi thereI have the latest Beta (3.1.1.126), but can't run any scripts with ObjCreate() or Switch. So which version should I be using?BTW -- i THINK i'm using 126 beta: i have installed it etc, but when I run the following command it says "3.1.1.0" regardless of whether I toggle the beta on or off ..MsgBox( 0, "@AUTOITVERSION", @AUTOITVERSION )Am i missing something, or is my toggle not working properly? taurus905
trids, When you use the Toggle does it show a msgbox for a second indicating the version? taurus905 "Never mistake kindness for weakness."-- Author Unknown --"The highest point to which a weak but experienced mind can rise is detecting the weakness of better men."-- Georg Lichtenberg --Simple Obfuscator (Beta not needed.), Random names for Vars and Funcs
nfwu
Do you have SciTE4AutoIt? From the "Tools" menu, select "Beta Run". #) TwitterOut of date stuff:Scripts: Sudoku Solver | Webserver | 3D library (Pure AutoIt) | Wood's GadgetsUDFs: _WoodUniqueID() | _DialogEditIni() | _Console*() | _GetIPConfigData() | _URLEncode/Decode()
trids
Thanks folks - I see where I was going wrong: I have my editor setup to always run scripts through c:\Program Files\AutoIt3\AutoIt3.exeSo no matter how much I toggle, it will always run the latest production version! To run the beta version, I should save the script, then double-click it from windows explorer .. (( sorry for the panic and thanks for the help )) :">
