setting ie's proxy

I'm looking for a way to change IE's proxy very quickly, depending on which programs are running. I saw a function for changing the proxy in AutoIt's documentation, but it doesn't seem to work with IE6. Any ideas?

Registry hack: [HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Internet Settings]

"ProxyServer"="<your proxy IP address>:8080"

"ProxyEnable"=dword:00000001

"ProxyOverride"="<local>"

Where did you see an AutoIT function for it?

:D

Welcome to the forums.

If you're referring to the Http/FtpSetProxy functions, they only affect the use of InetGet/InetGetSize within your script.
