Hidden Moving

Hi Guys im new here and have 2 simple questions

1. Can I let my mouse move in an minimized window of the explorer

and Mozilla Firefox?

2.and is this is not possible can i send clicks to the window that are not real clicking like, im moving the mouse over the screen but in the back autoit clicks something else so that no movement is destroyed?

(like an second mousecursor that working automaticly in the background)
