Buckw1 Posted July 6, 2006 Posted July 6, 2006 Whole lot of pixelsearch posts here and none with a clear answer. So here is a simple question. How many shades is between 15,000,000 and 16,000,000 decimal color. That will at least give me some idea of how many numbers a single shade is. Or is this easier in hex? Buck >moved from wrong forum<
evilertoaster Posted July 6, 2006 Posted July 6, 2006 I think it's easier in Hex. That way you can test each part ofthe color- 0x1166DD is broken up into the 3 parts '11' '66' and 'DD' so just test those for a certian difference.
