how can i check what needs to be in between the "" of WinActive("GameName")? is it always just the game name, as in "WorldOfWarcraft" and MapleStory"? can there be spaces, like "Hero Online" or "Soldier Of Fortune"?

It is supposed to be whatever the title of the window is. For more information lookup WinTitleMatchMode in the help files.

I would also suggest checking out AU3Info.exe Open up the app (should be in your autoit folder). This is a default app that extracts the info from whatever app your trying to operate. I will tell you everything from window names to control ids.

Good luck
