Would this go in the gui section? or support? Anyways.

With anygui, can you add, other programs to a form? like, For example, make a blank form

with 3 seperate programs on it? Because, ive got a winamp server, and im sick of having 3 windows in the bar, so instead of 3, it would be just the form, is it possible?

No, AnyGui works rather the opposite of that. AnyGui allows you to add new controls to existing application windows.
