help with au3 to exe

Hello Board Members,

Autoit is a very cool tool.

I tried my hand at creating a app that runs in the background. In scite, compiled it, ran it, worked fine.

Converted it to an .exe. Scheduled it as a task. This pops up.

Line 0 (file "activeupd.exe")

Local $MainData = DllStructCreate("char[32]")

Local $MainData = ^ERROR

Error: Unknown function name.

Can anyone direct me into what is happening?

Use SciTE F7 or Alt+F7 to compile... this will ensure that au3check runs first and capture these type errors.
