Silly Question

Recommended Posts

ender13

I am brand new to AutoIT, however I do have some other experience with scripting. I am looking to do something very simple, but I can't seem to find it. I'm probably just not looking in the right place, so if someone could point me in the right direction I'd be very appreciative.

I am wanting to pass a URL to an already open browser window.

Sounds simple enough, I just can't seem to find the right command to do it.

Thanks in Advance,

Ender13

If you are using Internet Explorer and the Beta version of AutoIt you will find a lot of IE stuff in the help file.

As long as you are running the latest beta take a look at _IEAttach() and _IENavigate() in the help file.

Thanks,

I believe I was using an old version. I'll check out the newest one.
