Grab info from web form and export to excel or csv file

I have a webpage with a database of information. I want to be able to export each record from the form and into an excel file. It also has a next and previous button that takes you to the next record.

The details are:

Name, Address, etc.

I just need those to be grabbed from the form, exported to the csv and then the script to hit the next button and do the same thing over again until the end of the record.

Is there something like this already? Can someone help me with this?
