Script to do local user to Active Directory (W2003) migration

Hi There,

We are in a process of thinking of how to migrate 1000 users (local user profile) from Novell Netware Server login (and Files server) to Active Directory (Windows 2003).

Problem 1: How to automate joining of AD

Problem 2: After joining domain, users will get an empty profile in username.domain. All settings and documents gone. (actually stilll in their local profile).

Please advise. Thanks
