DLL registration

I want to register the autoitx.dll on all PC's on my network.

I was just wondering if once the DLL is registered do I have to re-register it when it is replaced with a newer version, or will it just refer to the new file if it is in the same location?

I think it should read the same location. Problem is that when it is updated, the file will have a different internal structure than before. I think it will have to be deregistered, replaced, then reregistered.
