Crosshair - mouse not snychron

is it possible to make an aimbot for an game , where the crosshair and mouse arent synchron ?

(www.soldat.pl <--- only 11,4Mb ...but fuuuuuuuuuuun)

(for example :

sleep(5000)

MouseMove(@desktopwidth / 2,@desktopheight /2)

no , crosshai doesnt move to the middle ....it moves to the top right corner
