Sending characters through Clipboard is not a professional way. I was searching for a more efficient way for sending UNICODE characters to target UNICODE enabled application.

I am seening that no one is really answering this question This means that AutoIt does not support UNICODE characters or this topic is very complicated and nobody wants to touch it or discuss it.

How about using the Asc() function to create your strings of unicode characters, and then combine them in your script to get the words that you want. I've used a similar method to get a unicode CR + LF combination by doing this:

$unicode_CRLF = Asc(00) & Asc(13) & Asc(00) & Asc(10)

"Standing in the rain, twisted and insane, we are holding onto nothing.Feeling every breath, holding no regrets, we're still looking out for something."Note: my projects are off-line until I can spend more time to make them compatable with syntax changes.

I feel we cannot use AutoIT for sending Unicode text so we should use KbdEvents API for sending text to a target application....

These are my views...... If any one has got any other viewes or ideas then plz. share it with us. :idiot:
