I've been trying a lot of different options to see if I can get AutoIt to launch a MSI install file.

RunWait("C:\Test.msi")

It returns the following message:

"Unable to execute the external program"

This is a valid file and can be launched by double clicking on it.

Thanks for pointing me in the right direction, question now is, what are the correct parameters.

I'm trying to install a MSI file that is located

C:\Documents and Settings\Administrator...

Maybe the spaces are throwing it off?

RunWait("msiexec.exe /i C:\Documents and Settings\Administrator.....MSI")

Any path that has spaces must have double quotes around them to prevent extra paramaters from being added instead of your directory path. See FAQ #7 to understand more about this.

Try

RunWait('msiexec.exe /i "C:\Documents and Settings\Administrator.....MSI"')

"Standing in the rain, twisted and insane, we are holding onto nothing.Feeling every breath, holding no regrets, we're still looking out for something."Note: my projects are off-line until I can spend more time to make them compatable with syntax changes.
